OK!Thess is looking to grow its team with new part-time and full-time team members to support a number of internal functions. We welcome applications by talented individuals who can cover the functions outlined below.

Program management
-
Manage the training program (e.g. arranging workshop themes and dates, coordinating with speakers, collecting feedback from attendees and reporting outcomes)

Manage the coaching program (e.g. coordinating with coaches, tracking progress, collecting feedback, reporting outcomes)
-
Monitor the progress of startup projects and maintain up-to-date metrics
-
Assist in managing the mentoring program (e.g. helping with mentor/project matchmaking, facilitating visits by Entrepreneurs-in-Residence)
-
Assist in managing the investor network (e.g. helping with organizing demo days, arranging investor office hours)
-
Manage our collaboration tools (Slack, GSuite, etc)
-
Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events
-
Plan and organize internal team-building activities
-
Liaise with meetup organizers and disseminate OK!Thess news and activities
-
Stay up to date with developments in the community and actively promote synergies
Requirements
-
Familiarity with the Greek startup/innovation ecosystem and well aware of the function of ecosystems elsewhere
-
Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
-
Excellent writing skills both in Greek and English
-
Past experience that is relevant with the requirements of this post

Coaching
-
Meet with startup teams on a weekly basis to advise them and ensure they are making progress according to the acceleration program objectives
-
Support the startup teams at the Product/Business development level, helping them analyze, refine, plan, present, validate and rethink their business proposition
-
Gather, analyze and present quantitative and qualitative data on teams’ progress
-
Network with professionals that are able to help/mentor the incubated teams, put teams in touch with mentors and facilitate feedback loops

Evaluate and report the progress of OK!Thess teams
-
Assist in matchmaking startup teams with external mentors
-
Support OK!Thess training and mentoring events such as masterclasses, workshops and Bootcamp related activities
Requirements
-
Entrepreneurial background: founded your own startup company, launched your own innovative product or service or have worked in an early-stage startup environment
-
Solid communication, organization and presentation skills
-
Familiarity with the Greek startup/innovation ecosystem and well aware of the function of ecosystems elsewhere
